I would highly recommend NOT going to Forward Dental in Madison on 2 Science Drive. Worst experience I've had at a dental office. First the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. The first time the Dentist didn't fill my tooth correctly causing problems, making me go back a second time. There were 2 Hygenists, one was being trained, but neither of them knew what they were doing. Took them about 5 or 6 tries before they had to go get the dentist to take the X-rays right. Having their own side conversations and just being very unprofessional. The second dentist(different one) clipped my tongue TWICE and seemed very nervous like he didn't even know what he was doing. They still have not fixed the filling correctly even after the second time. They even charged me for THEIR mistakes. In my 23 years I've never had a problem with filings or the dentist before now. I'm going to the field and I am just in awe how these things can happen.

I will never go back to this denist nor would I reccomend them to anyone!!! I went to the east side office. First of all they never have appointments available and their schedulers are rude. when you do go into the office it feels like you are intruding on the office staff's day by being there. I didn't even get a Hello!? the hygenist was rude as well and didn't really say a whole lot. Just poked my mouth a bunch while sighing. The doctor I saw was nice but by that point I was so disgusted by the practice there was no saving it. Not to mention they don't even check your insurance prior to coming in and then they expect you to pay large amounts at the visit when they realize certain things aren't covered. this place was a joke! No one really like going to the dentist in the first place and then to be treated like this.. no excuse!!

Worst dentist ever! An assistant came out to the receptionist and started telling her about a poop she took. Then when it was mine turn to go back and get my teeth cleaned they told me certain procedures were covered by my insurance, only come to find out they were wrong! Then when I went to get a cavity filled the dentist was rolling her eyes and fighting the assistant! Now they keep sending me a bill that contradicts the amount my insurance company said I owed. I called the dental office to explain this and they said the reason its so high is because they didn't receive a check from my insurance company. I called the insurance company and they said they wrote the check on March 29th.

Never, they are very reliable.
