The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answerall of my questions, I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. Let me just say that their waiting room is extremely comfortable. The staff was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about my children. I called with an emergency and they wouldn't see my son because we didn't have a zero balance. We had been making regular monthly payments (of an amount that they had SET for us and agreed upon) and had almost completely taken care of our bill, but because there was a remainder, they told us our son could not come in and see the dentist. The reason we had such a high bill in the first place (over $3,000) was because my husband lost his job. As a result, we lost our insurance. We have 4 small children and their dental health was important to us. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to our situation and understand our situation. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about us or what we had been through. They turned our children away even after thousands of dollars in payment. We will NEVER return and will NOT recommend them to anyone.

They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
