The doctor and my hygienist are great! I only have a problem with the office manager. I overheard a conversation that she was having and she was belittling the staff member she was talking to. I will not return to that office because of her. If you cant respect your employees than I dont believe that you deserve to run a business.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I just love my Dental office. The quality of care is incomparable. The staff is friendly. The dentist is very personable, caring, and does amazing work! Couldn't be more pleased.
