Dr. Kwok did an outstanding job with my dental work and I gave her the highest rating and recommend her to anyone. I have had many, many dentists over my lifetime (age 66). I have had thousands of hours of work on my teeth by now. After all that, you get to know a good dentist and stick with them. I have had so/so dentists, good dentists and bad dentists. This time around, I had the opportunity t select my first female dentist when my dentist retired after 24 years with me, Dr. Kwok. She is very caring, considerate and goes to great length to make sure I am comfortable. She uses the right amount of anesthetic which is very important to me as I have had dentists "short me" on pain relief probably to hurry it up and save money. My recent work, I have had 4 crowns made and they fit very well. I have had a dentist in the past who did not get it right and the crown failed. Her "bedside manner" is excellent and she demands the best from her assistants. She is perfectionist, which is very good to be. I want it the best I can get it. The worst dentist I had actually groped or worse, his assistant young girl right on top of me in the reclined chair. At the time, I was under the gas and was silently laughing but I was immature. Later, I changed dentists because he was sloppy in his work and my crowns were not right. Another dentist in another practice had to re-do his work. Dr. Kwok is very appropriate and is always friendly and happy to see me. It puts you in a good mood to begin the work. My wife also had a crown made and other work, and was very pleased. Her opinion is very important because she works in Performance Improvement Healthcare Infection control and know what to look for. I highly recommend Dr. Kwok.

One of the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The dentist was good, however I think a lot of the dental plan that was put together is unnecessary. Looking elsewhere.

I don't like them at all and will never go back again. They kept suggesting unnecessary services and charged excessive fees for those totally unneeded services they imposed on us.

I have been going here the last 9 years even before Forward Dentral acquired it. Was good family friendly atmosphere before....but now...they dont seem to care about the patients anymore. They cancelled on my appointments twice after I got there without any apologies. The hygienist is the rudest I have met and overall a bad experience. I am finding another dentist.
