i paid cash for my denture they took my impression then i waited for my denture to be made i then went in to fit my denture it was way too big with way to big of teeth so they decided to put smaller teeth then i went in again to fit them again they had to add extra molding to the denture so it would not be visible when i smiled they then had to carve and remodify my denture to where it would somewhat fit my mouth by that time i was so upset i just signed off on them and took what i had just to get out of there with a denture that i was not satisfied with six months went by and i then went to get them religned and i was told that i had to pay an extra thousand dollars because what i had was a temp. denture and they do not relign temp.denture that i would have to buy another denture for a thousand dollars or more i will not recommend any to get their dentures from here they do such a shitty job

Went for almost a year. They never listened to my complaints. I ended up with crooked temp dentures that didn't fit my bite properly. They just kept grinding down the denture. how about a new set that actually fit my mouth. Finally they told me there was nothing more they could do for me cause my mouth was too small. Well, $900.00 later I had to start all over again with another denturist. Basically I was booted out the door with them telling me they couldn't help me. The bottom partial was also crooked and ugly. Nice work!!! Don't go there.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It took them a year to get my dentures half right. after a year I couldn't deal with them anymore, i took the last set they gave me and only able to wear the tops. They didn't listen to anything I had to say.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. and my new teeth maid me fell like a million dollar man!
