No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I've been going to Drs. Batjer and O'Brien since they bought the practice from my childhood dentist.

The quality of their work has declined over the past year and I am, for the first time in my life, switching dentists. I had a filling replaced in a top molar last year. It took Dr. O'Brien two tries in a row before she gave up on it. She was unable to do it correctly, so Dr. Batjer redid it. Three fillings in the same tooth in an hour is extremely uncomfortable and by the end of the hour, the shot of novocaine was beginning to wear off. I was nearly ready to climb the ceiling.

The same thing happened to my husband a couple of months later. To this day, dental floss shreds on that tooth. We're going to have another dentist fix it because we don't trust the quality of work.

The dental hygenists are nice enough but one drives me nuts with her incessant talking. The last time I went, a different hygenist worked on my mouth and she was extremely rough on my teeth, leaving me feeling battered and bruised.
