They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
