They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. My teeth were not cleaned due to a recommendation of deep cleaning which would cost an additional $100. verses the $29. advt. price.

They screwed up my crown pretty bad. After several readjustments my bite is still off. What really bothers me is that they treated me like I was a problem patient and it was somehow my fault. I mean really, I just sat there and took the pain. Good hygenist, though.

I am not a fan of this dental office. I went there about 5 years ago and left so incredibly unhappy. The dentist I saw was rude and unprofessional. I was mortified when she pulled gauze out of my mouth an stuck it in the dental assistance face saying "want to smell something really bad?" It was something I never forgot. Well when I ended up getting my dental insurance back I thought I would give them another shot and plus my paper said I would have a different dentist. I was so upset she returned. Not only had I not forgotten our last visit together I could not believe how incredibly rude she was to me and the other staff. She had a know it all attitude but it seems as though she may have been talked to about it because when a remark would come out she would laugh about and try and cover it up as if it did not bother her. When the assistant made a mistake her tone of voice even made me uneasy and i could tell the other girl was uncomfortable and embarrassed by her reaction as well. She also made me feel like I was dumb when i mentioned that i thought it was sugary things that were bothering my tooth and she had to make a point of the fact that i was wrong and that it was chewy things. She also made me feel horrible about having found a tiny ity bity piece of food in one tooth. REALLY! I will never go back to this dentist I switched immedietly.

Large overturn in dentists at the office. Everytime I go I end up seeing someone new because the dentist I had before has left. I have had to a lot of the dental work that was done there redone for not being done correct the first time.
