I just called this morning to see if they had a referral for our son. Elaine was very rude to me when she was told that my son is over 18. No one should make any judgment like that -- they don't know what our family has been through. I am seeing if my dentist will make a referral to another oral surgeon. If the office staff is like this, what is the doctor like?

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

As a little FYI: I was in total pain when I saw him and he saw me quickly and solved the problem! I am more than happy.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had an infection and staff did not provide me with help or offer the oral sugeon for the problem, they need Nurses trained, not just MD -trained surgical techs, they did not offer me an emergency appointment and I had an abcess after wisdom tooth extraction.
