They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. Upon entering the office I am always greeted with a smile and I never have to give my name because she already knows it!

They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. Then when I finally received my invoice, it was $400 for mine and my husband's cleaning! I was never informed that the cleanings weren't covered under our insurance and it was quite unexpected - especially considering I've never paid for a cleaning in my life before!!!! Buyer beware!!!
