They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
