So far, I have liked working with Richmond Family Dentistry. I am only disappointed that my dental plan is not accepted (except as out of network) but I understand why. Overall, it is more important to me to work with a holistic dentist than to have in network coverage. The only downside, Dr. Billingsley's office is so immensely popular that it can be difficult to get an appointment. As far as I know, she is the only holistic dentist in Richmond. I would have to go as far as VA Beach to find another specialist.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I have been going there for 10 years, driving a 50 mile distance because of great service.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. L

I had no wait at all to start the appointment. I had my teeth cleaned then had a short wait to see the dentist due to an emergency that came it but it wasnt long and I understood why. Friendly and professional. Just found my new dentist!
