They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment and office. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
