At 58 years old, I have certainly been to many dentist's in my time. I have to say with all honesty, that this is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Dr. Tricker was my surgeon and was the most compassionate and caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He reassured me throughout my procedure that everything was going just fine and I was doing wonderfully. He explained each step of the procedure and this helped me to relax. His surgical nurse assistant's we very reassuring and had a very gentle touch. Human touch to comfort a patient, I believe, is a very important way to connect with the patient and calm their fears. They took excellent care of me, with a smile on their faces. Dr Tricker had the greatest "bedside manner," of any physician I have ever been to. If you have a fear of dentist's, I highly recommend this practice for the top quality care that you will receive. They deserve so much more. This was my very first visit and If I ever need an oral surgeon again, I would actually go for my appointment, calm and relaxed with absolutely no fear, knowing what excellent care I will receive. Thank you all for everything you did to make this such a pleasant and calming "surgery."
