They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
