The WORST choice ever! BE AWARE! They have hidden fees. I never heard of a place that charged because you missed an appointment. They bills us 100 dollars because we missed an appointment. I called the day before saying that I was not coming but they still billed us. What about if it was an Emergency? Then, we called the place to talk about this bill; I wanted to talk to the manager or to the owner (Dr. Thomas). They said they will call us back but they never did. Oh by the way, the first appointment was a disaster. I waited TWO hours to see the dentist. She was so nasty and rude. She was mad because I told her It was hurting when she was cleaning my teeth. Then she told me "you have to find someone else that doesn't hurt you" and that I had to reschedule my appointment for the hygienist to do the cleaning. So Basically I waited two hours for nothing. This place may look nice outside but the quality of service is the worst. We went back to our old dentist office in Alexandria, this dentist office doesn't look as nice, but the most important thing, that I think it is the service, it is good. We never have to pay because we missed an appointment and they work with our two dental insurances to give me the best price. Even though I live in Lake Ridge, I'm willing to drive further to receive a better quality of service. I don't any of my family members near Dental Spa.

Extremely disappointed with their front office staff coordination between their 2 offices. I called the 703-580-8288 main number to let them know that I was running 15 minutes late. I got to the small office and was told by a rude receptionist that I would have to reschedule. Apparently, they don't coordinate with each other and wasted my time.
I would not recommend this place to anyone in Woodbridge, LakeRidge or Tackets Mill area.

I will NEVER go back to this dentist again! The dentist who performed my root canal is no where on any insurance papers. I don't know who that even was. They lost 2 of my payments. I was told how much I had to pay for my portion of the bill before I even sat in the chair. I paid it, other wise they would not have done the procedure. I began getting bills for nearly $600 with all kinds of excuses. I was told by a receptionist their finances were messed up, and to please bring in copies of my payments. That more girl apparently was fired for telling me that. They double billed me for different things. HORRIBLE place!
