I visited the office as a new patient. I was advised that without giving my SSN they would want payment from myself instead of having payment from my insurance compnay. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless.Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
I would reccomend you go to another dentist.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they are very reliable.
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
