It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was quiet. I was able to relax very easily. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.

I had two bad experiences with this office. My first appointment was for a normal cleaning, exam, and x-rays. They couldn’t take all the x-rays needed because of an equipment software problem. So I scheduled a second appointment so they could do what should have been accomplished on the first appointment. When I showed up to the second appointment I was notified that the equipment was still working improperly and I would need to come in for a third appointment. They didn’t even call to notify me that their equipment was still down. Instead, they waited for me to show up and waste sick leave. They didn’t apologize or acknowledge that my time had been wasted.
