Dr. Staggers did a great job on my child's teeth. They are beautiful. The entire staff was caring and made my child feel at ease. The payment plans were affordable, and they filed my insurance. My insurance company didn't want to pay, but the receptionist called them, and they started paying. My child was treated as a special individual, not like someone on an assembly line. Dr. Staggers did all of the adjustments herself, not like some offices where the assistant do everything. Dr. Staggers is the best orthodontist in Winchester!!!

My son, Zachariah, needed braces and Dr. Staggers was recommended by dentist. I found the staff and facility very family and patient friendly. Dr. Staggers did her best in my son's treatment. I'm very pleased with her and her staff, as well as, the results. I would recommend Dr. Staggers and her staff. This is a fun staff and a very comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Dr. Staggers is great!! The staff is super and the office is very efficient. Wait time, insurance billing and appointment flexibility was never an issue, making things easier. My smile is great!!

I was impressed by the professionalism and care during our consultation. Every single staff person was very respectful and kind. There was absolutely no wait time and they were very efficient, but did not make you feel rushed at all.

Our appointment was for 3pm and we arrived about 15 minutes early and they took my son right in and was out in about 10 minutes. He had spacers put in. Very fast and friendly.

I had an orthodontic issue that required an orthodontist with the greatest degree of skilles, abilities and knowledge who could give me the best advise. Dr Staggers was very professional, extremely knowledgable, and provided first rate service. She gave me the information that I needed in a straightforward approach. It was clear that she valued both my issue and my time and she worked diligently to assist me. I did not have to wait to be seen, was handled in a very professional manner by the staff, and had no issues with payment. All in all it was an excellent experience.
