They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I have had the occasion to see both doctors at this office and they are both really good. I had one do invisalign braces for me and the other does my dental work. Both are very professional and take the time to take care of you and answer any questions that you might have. I recommend them to all my friends.

I recommend this office to anyone who hates shots! I dread the dentist only because I know I'm going to have work that needs to be done and then have to have shots! Dr. Moody has done a ton of work on me and it is painless! I love it because he is amazing at giving injections and then the worst part is over! I'm no longer scared to get work done and the whole office is great and friendly you will love it there!

My insurance was running out at the end of the month and I needed to get in to get my work done before it expired. The doctor made sure that I got back in and got everything done before I lost my insurance. The work was great, had to have a root canal, had very little pain afterwards. Really good experience.

I have seen both Dr Nielsen and Dr Moody at this office and have been impressed by both. They take the time and explain to you what you need to have done. The other thing that I liked about the office is that they are so good about getting you an appointment as soon as they can. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Nielsen cut under my tongue with the drill while filling cavities. The cut required 2 stitches, became infected and was extremely painful. You would think, well, my tongue is cut, I have not been able to eat solid foods for 2 weeks, but at least the work is done now. But no, my mouth hurts more now than it did before the fillings. I do not think the fillings were done well because it still hurts. Now I have to pay another dentist to fix the work done by Provo Dental Care. Horrible customer service. Expensive and certainly not worth it. Go elsewhere!
