My husband went to this dentist and had a very enjoyable experience. The dentist was very personable and did a really good job on his root canal and fillings. I, on the other hand, had a horrible experience with this office because I had to deal with the billing. I was overcharged $500 and had to repeatedly talk to the insurance and the frustrating woman that runs the office. She yelled at me a few times, refused to see logic and then finally, after talking to the insurance and yelling at me again, admitted that we had been overcharged and billed for something twice which is what I had been telling her the entire time. She didn't say sorry but at least stopped yelling at me. It was an awful experience! I have to emphatically say this was the worst experience I've had with a medical office. What's sad is that the dentist is really sweet. If you can handle getting overcharged and then utter rudeness when you try to straighten it out, then go here for the nice dentist.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
