They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive and their gal Brytnie was really rude and condescending.

I have 5 kids and they have not only help with preventive care and cavity’s, but also they have done brasses and retainers in two of my children and will be putting brasses on two more shortly. I have been completely satisfied with all the services we have received from them.They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
