They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
