The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
