It had been years since I went back to get dental work done. I was recommended by a friend here in Rockport, TX. Dr. Romer and his staff made my visits comfortable. They made sure I was at ease and taken care of before and after dental work had been done and completed. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Romer and his staff to others in need of dental work. I am pleased and very happy with all the extensive work Dr. Romer did on my teeth. Dr. Romer and his staff are to be commended for an amazing smile they have given me. Thank you :-)

These are the nicest people! They have gone out of there way to take care of my son's teeth! They even made other appointments for him!! Pain free dentist so caring made us feel like family!! Rockport is so lucky to have such a nice dentist!!! AAAAAA+++++++

It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Dr Romer is GREAT!... HE IS VERRY THOROUGH. He found my Thyroid cancer. If it wasn’t for him I would be messed up.
He has a great, affordable “whitening for life” program. And has 2 offices near by. One on the island and one in Rockport.
The only problem that I had there was….If you don’t answer the phone to confirm an appointment; They will cancel it without telling you. And if they don’t have enough appointments on the day you have an appointment, they will cancel your appointment and try to call you. So if you have an appointment here, make sure your phone is always working and charged.
