The staff is unprofessional, arrogant, rude...I've never had to call on a medical claim - dental, eye, doctor, specialist - yet I've found myself calling, making trips to the office on multiple occasions. Each time the staff makes mistakes they not only refuse to help but treat you as if the mistake is somehow yours. I asked to speak with someone about the office manager, Dori's attitude and she informed me she was the only one I could speak with. Apparently office managers now own orthodontics practices....If I could obtain a refund for the services I've prepaid for my daughter I would IMMEDIATELY go elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone. So sad that a good doctor has such poor quality staff.

This dentist is quick to take your money and then not return calls when you have a problem. Moved to get away from complaints from previous bad service provided to customers.
