No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
