Dr. Tanner was amazing when I went in to determine if my tooth was causing the pain or if it was shingles. She was so empathic to me and took extra time to make sure it was not the tooth. The staff continue to be so friendly and caring.

This is the best dental office I have ever gone to. I visit them annually.. All the dentists are great, especially Dr. Self, so gentle I hardly know I'd been in the chair. From the dental chair I have a view of a meadow through a large window, and TV programming is available. Their staff is friendly and professional. The waiting room is airy and appealing with artwork and with lots of fresh magazines nicely arranged. The office is easy to locate, right behind the Department of Public Safety on the SW part of the bypass loop around Lufkin.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
