Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

My children have been patients for the last year or so. I have made numerous visits during this time, and I dread going there. It is not oncommon for us to spend two hours or more waiting for a 15 minute procedure. Professionalism is not a priority here. The doctors have a nasty attitude, I get the feeling that they believe they are above communicating with the clientel. As a parent I would like to know what is going on, however I have to talk to the front office staff to get some information as the doctors don't communicate with us. Moreover, I find the professionals hightly incompetent. I continue to use this facility simply because I have no other choice... their dental insurance will not allow me to transfer to another facility because this facility has already began my children's orthodontic treatment. I have little confidence in the providers or administrative staff. The worst dental practice I have used.
