Doctor is very demeaning and rude to its employees. This facility can not keep employees for more than one year because they are verbally assaulted on a daily basis. Working for this doctor will give you PTSD. RUN, DO NOT APPLY TO WORK FOR THIS DOCTOR.

Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. She asks about my parents who are also patients of hers and remembers them. Dr. Dallo has a light tough and thoroughly explains everything for me. I have recommended her to my friends, who also appreciate and recommend her. When they were running behind schedule, they called and let me know to come in later, so I sould not have to wait in the office- very considerate!

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. The assistant tried to do the xrays but kept hurting my tongue and still wanted me to bite even through I told her it hurt several times. The film they use is extremely big so if you have a small mouth and you want to avoid being injured to not go to this dentist. The dentis kept me in her office for 2 and a half hours only to tell me that she was not going to do my cleaning because she did not understand another physicians release. The release was in her hads before the dental exam so she could have told me then to go see another dentist but NOOOO t she wanted to charge my insurance so she did not tell me she was not going to do the cleaning until after she finished with the x rays and exam. The incompetence of this dentist to not know what major dentistry is is beyond belief. I googled the term myself and found out that only applies to oral surgery per the AMA in 2007. Then she has the gall to call me and tell me that the cardiologist will not call her back! I am sure even he knows she is incompetent. Oh, by the way she did not wait a minute to charge my insruance company. The paid her in full and I am filing a grievance with them.
