New to area, so used Connie b/c of neighbor. Her treatment plan was for twice the amount of cavities than our dentist we moved from that wasn't able to address before we moved. Granted son's hadn't taken care of teeth since last visit 6 weeks ago. When went for a 2nd (really 3rd) opinion, that dentist confirmed what our original one diagnosed.

And cost was extremely high with out of pocket almost $1000 (prior dentist was only going ot charge out-of-network copay of $150).

Thus questionable diagnosis and cost receive one star.

I went Dr.connie smith about dental concern.. Initially, she seemed caring and concern due to the fact that I needed alot of dental work. She begin working on my teeth and later only to have a bill for almost 5000 dollars, her prices were way to high.. And when my insurance only paid a portion of it I was left with a bill for 4200.. Which she stop working on my teeth which I coudnt pay all at once..Months later I experienced pain, in the teeth that she was suppose to have done a root canal, and one of my filing have cracked twice causing my bill to go up... Just a waste of time and MONEY!! Go else where
