I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was really impressed by Dr. Mason and his
team. They explained things to me and helped me understand my treatment plan. After my dental treatment Dr. Mason even called that evening to check on me.

I feel like they go out of their way to make me feel like a member of their family. They are so nice and professional and even call/email me to remind me about my upcoming appointments . I love Dr. Mason's staff, from the assistants (the two Donnas) to the hygienists (Cinda & Lisa) to the business staff (Laurel & Karla). They are not the assembly line dental offices typically found in this area. They treat one patient at a time and it's a refreshing change!

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

They made sure every single question I had was answered and are always available if I think of any more questions. The business staff carefully researched my insurance benefits before my treatment and provided me with a written estimate of my expected out-of-pocket costs. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for a receipt for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism and how thorough everyone was. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have Dr. Mason's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff! They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered and I'm rarely nervous about starting treatment.
