Because of his office staff, I would never visit them.. I was very disappointed. I called to make an appointment and the woman was very rude and hateful from the minute she answered the phone. Not only did she pick up the phone and hold it out while she finished a personal conversation about the weekend while I waited for a full 2 minutes before she acknowledged the phone call. But when she finally did acknowledge, she was extremely beyond rude. She made it obvious that my call to make an appointment was nothing but a burden. She obviously was not concerned whether she got my business or not. This is not the way you treat a patient! I would NEVER give them my business after being treated so rudely.
