I used to go to this place, it is not too bad, you ,however, need to be very careful. Even after you pay them all your co-pay, you will get so many more bills, do not pay right away, call them and make sure there is no mistake as I received several wrong bills.

They appear to be good with my child, but I have a problem with not being able to go back with my daughter. She was only 5 years old and had to have a crown for a broken tooth. I was not allowed to go back. I have a problem with that part.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I personally know the people that own and operate this local business. These people are caring, passionate, and focus on educating our youth and improving our community. I would personally recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to our community.



I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.

I would give negative stars if possible. My then-five-year-old son was so traumatized by his experience at Snodgrass King that he still has extreme anxiety even when the word "dentist" is spoken. It has been a difficult process getting him to trust another dentist. He had a couple of cavities taken care of at Snodgrass-King. He was sedated, but he remembers screaming in pain. The staff and dentist were not caring except in front of me. I was not allowed back during treatment, which should have been a red flag! But I trusted that as a pediatric dentist they would care for my son better than a regular dentist. Big mistake!!!!! I would recommend that you stay far far far away from this practice.

Our family had a very disappointing visit to S-K's Hermitage location. The staff were rude and seemed to be in a hurry to leave for lunch. I wondered why they scheduled us for a 12 o'clock appointment, because most offices are closed for lunch.
They had an attitude from the beginning. First there was an issue because we wanted to monitor our older children's exams. This was at the request of our children after their last cleanings (which concerned me that someone may have been rude to them since adults weren't present). Second, my 2 yo was put in a windowless room for her first visit. She keep trying to leave and cried when she had to be forced back in. My DH stayed with our 2 yo, while I took our 4yo to the restroom; and when I was going back in, he and all three children were coming out. Children shouldn't wait 30 minutes to see the dentist AFTER their cleanings are done. Especially when there is no one else in the office. Then the worst medical personnel I have ever dealt with came out and said "these two need to come back because the doctor has been waiting". I had never seen this Dr. before today and her assistant, Jenn, should not work with living subjects. I was seconds away from saying something really bad to her, but I wanted to stop the madness for my children's sake. I've tried to forget about this all day, but I really wish there was someone I could speak to regarding their conduct.

I don't know what I should do because the children had finally started to enjoy visiting the dentist, but if the staff aren't understanding and are just nasty we need to go elsewhere. Amazing how one rotten apple can spoil the bunch.
