I had a 7 am appointment and was in serious pain. Finally getting into the chair at 9 am, for the first time in 20 years the novacane shots I got were actually painful (I thought most dentists knew how to to give painless shots now a days). I was told my tooth was broken and couldn't be saved and the referral they gave me couldn't get me in. And then they lost my insurance card, insisting they had given it back.

Not at all a pleasant experience, and very little empathy for the amount of pain I was in.

While the actual dental staff was super informative, their office staff leaves much to be desired. I was referred to them by my dentist and forewarned that several people come back and have the exact same complaint.

After a two second talk with the doctor(he simply confirmed what my dentist told me), I was very unceremoniously coaxed into a small, hot room where I had to wait for 10 minutes. When the woman that runs the front desk walked in, she immediately started complaining about my insurance (even though I was recommend BY my dentist to an endodontist in my area that accepted my plan and its contingencies) and then proceeded to throw several amounts at me as soon as they saw me as a possible profit. Not a single thing was mentioned to me about what was happening, where I was being lead, amounts for co-pay, etc. Nothing. After being ushered around like cattle and had the quote of the necessary work given to me, I asked about possible payment plans and other options. This was met by an incredibly rude scoff and no extra information given regarding payment plans, medical credit applications, or any other options I may not have been aware to me offered by my insurance plan. It was obvious that this required a level of mental and physical work that the receptionist was ready to put forth. Clearly, being rude and creating an inflated sense of self was this woman's only priority.

I was warned about this place before I went and surely thought the warning was a result of someone else's prejudice. This was obviously not the case, as the incredibly rude woman at reception seemed hell-bent on proving them right. I have no doubt the proprietor of this practice did not intend for patients to have to deal with such an ugly individual, but unfortunately this is where she decided to work. Thus, I will never recommend this location to anyone.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
