Consumers beware! This was not my first time visiting this provider, but you can rest assure it was my family's last. This is a family dentistry, but it is not child friendly nor does is appeal to the adult eye. The staff members; with the exception of the 1 tech that works the entire back area, are all nonchalant and could appear to care less. There are no books, chairs, toys, etc for children. The adult magazines are outdated,the decorative vase in the lobby has been broken for the past 12 months and still has the sign that says this is not a trash, there's broken equipment in the bathroom and sink area, and to top it off, cleaning supplies left out in the bathroom. I'm sure glad I didn't send my toddler in the bathroom by herself; can we say hazard!!! Now let's talk about the service. The tech is great and does what she can as the 1 person working the entire back area. But I've tried evening appointments, midday appointments and even the first appointment of the day. Each time I've had to wait an hour or so just to get called to the back, then I wait an additional hour or so. This last time, my appointment was at 9:00, after 10:00 my child had to use the restroom. I had to walk to the back, the tech was cleaning up to rooms and sweeping the floors, the dentist was not even there yet!!! (Why would you scheduled someone at 9:00 and you still have to clean up, or the dentist shows up when she gets ready) Once we started to receive service, everything was rushed. My toddler was in the chair all of 3 minutes. My adolescent had to have a tooth pulled; the dentist came in, no warm chatter, no explanation of what was going to happen, no nothing. Pulled his tooth, then had to clean his teeth because it wasn't done prior. Then it was my turn. I'm a big girl, but she hurt me!!! She blamed it on the tool, but I've had my teeth cleaned before and I didn't feel like crying or having to stop the dentist and ask him/her to ease up!!!(If you'd been there at 9:00, you wouldn't have to rush) Then we were done, and my children didn't receive a toothbrush, sticker, high five, nothing!! I didn't feel valued as a consumer and my time was disrespected. I hope someone affiliated with New Image Family Dentistry on Riverdale Rd in Memphis, TN reads this and passes the message. The time management and customer relations areas of your business is awful. I feel that I can justly voice my opinion because my family has conducted business with your office on several occasions and it's always the same thing. We left without service on several occasions because of service, but continued to try to support you, but we've had enough, we'll never be back!!

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. The office staff and dentist was unprofessional, loud, and inattentive. There are ALWAYS at least a 30-60 minute wait before you saw the dentist. They played the religious channel on most televisions in the patient rooms, which I found completely offensive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR INSURANCE BENEFITS!!!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
