I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort.

Avoid this office at all cost. It is a drill mill, dentist rotate out of here quickly and you may not find the one responsible for the mess made on your last visit.

Dentist convinced me that I needed root canal for pain which did NOT go away afterward. Found new dentist who alleviated pain by removing and cleaning up the rough edge of the crown and repositioning. Further examination showed that another root canal was screwed up; drilled outside of nerve canal and up into sinus cavity.

Have now lost two teeth and some bone because of Rivergate's sloppy work. $4500.00 later, I am almost finished repairing their damage.

There are wonderful dentist in the area but this ain't the place to find them.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do.
I felt lied to.
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Dentist broke off a piece of his tool in my tooth trying to do a root canal and never told me about it. Insisted I needed the tooth pulled so He could put in a new partial plate.

Later went to another dentist who showed me the broken piece in my tooth. and later went to root canal specialist who was able to get the broken piece of metal out and save my tooth.

I ought to file a suit against them.

I had a billing problem with the dentist for several months, and felt like I was being treated unfairly, due to the fact that the problem was created by the receptionsit. Today, I called the number on the statement for billing inquiries because I was NOT going to speak to that receptionist again! I spoke with a lovely young lady named Debra, who was very helpful, very apologetic and it took her less than 2 minutes to solve my problem and assure me I would be receiving a refund for the money I should have not had to pay to begin with!
Thank you Debra. I cannot say that I will use this dentist, but I am grateful that he has someone like Debra in his office.
Dr. Ryu, Please give Debra my thanks and a pat on the back for a job well done. It is obvious that to Debra, customer service is a real thing and not just a myth from the old days!
