They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down. It really worried me that I couldn't get any questions answered here. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone!

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
