Went here only because they said what I would have to pay would be like $200 less than my regular dentist was going to charge for a procedure. And they even supposedly called my insurance to find out how they paid and what was left on the deductable. Guess What they did not call the insurance nor did they verify online how it paid out. Proof is b/c I contacted the insurance after I got my bill and they had no record from the office. And the receptionist even admitted twice she quoted wrong but the office manager would not write off the balance even though it was the office fault. The dentist don't get me wrong is great. And I can understand the rep making a mistake. And awesome of her owning up to it. But the office manager was so rude and wouldn't even after knowing it was a mistake on their end help. Besides setting up payment plan. Really I'm having pay for a mistake that was made by your office. Well know you have lost a client that had already paid what was told. A PAYING CLIENT. Not someone you have to chase. But lesson learned. Would of kept going if they would of worked with us. But all because of one manager and the rudeness of the manager of not assisting writing off their mistake will keep me from going back.

I'd recommend Dr. Brewer to anyone looking for a new dentist. I've been going to his office for several years and have always had a great experience and felt welcome. He's very detail and most importantly very concious and conservative about treating his patients; He represents well his profession. In addition, his office staff is always very nice and full of knowledge and the office itself extremely clean. Thank you Dr. Brewer for providing an excellent service to our community. You deserve all FIVE STARS!!!

I would give this dentist and his staff a 0 if possible. He replaced a crown I had for over 20 yrs. The crown has never felt right, whereas, the one removed, I never even noticed. While removing the old crown, Dr. Brewer's instrument slipped and I was STABBED in the cheek, for which I NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY! Just thankful my face was numb! This left a significant hole which I have pictures of. His office manager, whom I've since learned he is in a relationship with, is extremely rude. DURING the procedure, he comes back to inform me of the price and stated if I were late on a payment I would be directly turned over to collections. I informed him that I pay my bills, thank you very much. Which I have, except I keep getting billed for an additional $100 which I do not owe. When I asked Christian, the office manager to explain I was quoted a bunch of numbers and sent an invoice which didn't explain squat.I have a front tooth that I paid to have rebuilt, which didn't even last a month. I will not return to get it fixed. For such a lovely decorated office, I was very disappointed at how unprofessional the staff is, and how sub-par the work is.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I saw Bradley D Brewer DDS and the Hamilton Family Dentistry team for some repair work on a cracked veneer. Big mistake!

When I developed a crack in an existing veneer (very visible upper front tooth), I started searching for a dentist. Being new to Chattanooga, I had no clue. I went with Hamilton Family Dentistry and Brewer DDS. Based mostly on the appearance from street, it seemed to be a good choice: new building, $80,000 Range Rover, and a $150,000 Bentley in front of the building. This all gave the appearance of an accomplished dentist.

Brewer DDS advised me to replace the cracked veneer with a new one. I agreed and he removed the cracked veneer and placed a temporary on. Two weeks later, I went back to have the permanent put on. The veneer did not look right. I did not agree to put on. Brewer DDS said that he could make the adjustments and make it right. Two weeks later (4-weeks with the temporary), I went back for the final fitting. I was very excited to get the temporary off. But, again the new veneer looked terribly fake and the color was still not right. He said that he change the color a bit and that might help. So, two more weeks later (6-weeks with the temporary on), I show up once again for the third time for my final, final, final fitting. The veneer was closer but still was not right. Brewer DDS and the colorist were both there for this fitting. Brewer DDS and the colorist told me that this was very close and basically said that this was the best they could do. This being my third trip, I felt that maybe I was being too picky and that it really didn't look that bad. I then told Brewer DDS to put it in. He did. Later when I got home my wife confirmed my fears. The tooth looked terribly fake and the color was off bad. It took Brewer three tries and a colorist on site to convince me that the tooth look fine. Well it did not!

I called the office several times trying to reach someone about my problem tooth. The office manager, owner of the $150,000 Bentley parked out front of the building I found out later finally called me back. The office manager told me that the tooth was my problem since I agreed to have Brewer DDS put it in. The manager told me there was nothing that they could do about the insurance that was filed. I was informed that insurance could not be filed on the same tooth twice. So, any fixes that would be made would come out my own pocket. This was all because Brewer DDS could not perform the procedure correctly. I had another dentist fix the tooth. The other dentist fixed the tooth on his first attempt. Finally, my tooth was fixed!

If you care about your teeth and the way they look, stay away from Bradley D Brewer DDS and Hamilton Family Dentistry.
