I made an appointment three weeks in advance only to have her cancel on me while I was in the parking lot waiting for my 8:30 appointment. Apparently she didn't feel good and wanted me to come in two hours later, which I could not do. Highly unprofessional and rude. I will take my business elsewhere!!!!
