My husband when to this place for dentures
When we paid they had him sign that you can't have money back for any reason
now we see the reason for this
We look at the BBB site people have the same experience we did. And because they sign this BBB couldn't help none I read were resolved.
My husbands set didn't fit and the people are rude and try to tell you that is how they are supposed to be even when my husband has had dentures for years
They say they won't fit the same,
With a New mold I feel they should fit better
I'm told now they have dentures pre-made and heat them and press in your mold
They tried to make a second upper for him
bottoms are not great
And move, the tops first had a large space in his mouth between pallet and dentures
Second uppers he couldn't put in because the uppers are to long and gaged him.He was told to keep them in and get used to them. He told them and showed them that he can't because they gag him. He was told that's the way it is , or do you just want us to through them away. He took them home and tried several times to to put them in , he can't because they gag him.
The Florence office said its like a old shoe you will not get a good fit like the old ones
He expected a better fit paying for the best set they sold.You would expect them to fit well because of a fresh impression . The best answer they could give was O-well.
And not a worthless set that we feel we were taken for we paid $480.00
I had x rays done they cut into my mouth and the girl said this was her first time with this machine.

I had an extreme tooth ache,and went to Sexton Dental clinic on 82nd ave in Myrtle Beach. I arrived at 1:15 pm on Friday afternoon . I walked up the the receptionists window and the most unfriendly lady said " what do you need ". I told her that I would like to have my tooth extracted, and that I was in alot of pain. She then told me that "they could take the x-ray today but you will have to come back on Monday to have it pulled". Now I have been around for 58 yrs., and I can honestly say that her statement was by FAR the most dumbest,and unbelieveable statement that I have ever heard in my life. Either tell me yes, we can pull it today, or were sorry, but we are booked. That I could have understood. Just when I thought that I've heard it all, somebody says this to me......GO FIGURE !!!!!!!

I went to Sexton Dental Clinic in Myrtle beach and the front staff was very nice. The girl who takes the impression of your teeth is the owners daughter - she has no training for the position and she is friendly but rough. The doctor is terrible. He doesn't listen to your concerns at all. I tried to ask him about a concern and he said no problem yeah... then, when all was said and done he was unable to extract my teeth. Sexton didn't refund my money on the dentures due to their "no refund" policy and told me that I need IV sedation which is much more expensive. I have had a lot of dental work done and have never needed IV sedation before - i don't believe them. Listen - I know that when you go to a clinic you aren't going to get the most gentle service but, you should have a compitent doctor and properly trained staff members. I saw many other people leave very happy so, there are success stories - just not mine. If you go here good luck.

I left in pain and went to the doctor offic e in which he send me to a real dentist.Look they found a broken tooth and give me Amoxicillin but nothin for the <url removed> only reason I found the office in the first place is because of the net. I don't know what kind of crack heads they deal with now or in the past but I needed help and was played softly out the door.When I come back Monday I want the X Ray.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
