I've been a patient of Dr. Garnett for going on 15 years after breaking multiple teeth in a bicycle accident. If you asked me a year ago to review my experience with his office, it would be glowing; once, several years back, he was even able to see me on a Sunday after one of my crowns fell out, which left a very positive impression on me. However, as of late, the customer service at this office has taken a complete 180. Dr. Garnett is rarely actually in the office now, so good luck making an appointment to have anything serious done in a timely fashion. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and the office seems more intent on nickel and diming than providing a quality experience. For instance, after receiving a root canal and calling to have my crown reattached, they've decided, through nothing but a short telephone conversation, that the perfectly undamaged crown that I already have has to be replaced, which will of course require multiple appointments and a sizable chunk of change. I've been a loyal patient for a decade and a half and have spent enough money over the years to put a down payment on a house, so I feel incredibly betrayed that his office now seems to see patients as walking wallets.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Garnett and his staff are all first-class professionals. Superb dental care.

As to the previous reviewer, EVERYONE knows that if you no-show a dentist without sufficient notice, you are liable for a token charge. He spoke of rudeness. It's rude to no-show. We all are working stiffs. No excuse. Your bad. You were lucky to only pay $40.

Dr. Garnett is one of the most skillful, best educated (top of his class at Emory Dental) and compassionate dentists I've ever encountered. He is a true professional as are his staff. Every tooth in my mouth was loose and wiggly, due to deep plaque. After Dr. Garnett and his staff cleaned and treated my teeth, within a month, they are all solid as a rock and healthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
