Dr. Cope has been our family dentist for over six years and we all love him as our dentist. Great personality, excellent dental care provider, and all of his dental work for us is "superb". Dental staff has been friendly and helpful in assisting us with checking in and out of their facility. We highly recommend these folks for your dental needs.

This has been my Dental Center for the past five years and I have enjoyed every visit. Its always fulfilled and the staff shows it on every visit assuring before you leave that you know your next appointment date.
One thing that makes it a better for me is that I am emailed a week before my next appointment date to assure I can make my appointment or make the necessary changes.Then I am emailed and texted the day before appointment with a warm welcome.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Yes! They bled for days!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

I do not recommend going here at all 1/17/2013 I went here and was treated horribly he talked to me like I was not even a patient very rude I was so upset I was shaking and I cried on the way home He was supposed to extract my tooth and even though he said he numbed it as much as he could I still felt pain it was like he was pulling my tooth straight up no numbness what so ever I screamed and pretty much come up out of my chair and I should have up and ran but I dumbly sat there and he tried to pull it again and it hurt the same exactly the same way even after being numbed again (gave me the shot in the wrong place apparently) he goes on to say there is no way I was feeling anything like he was the one sitting in that chair riiiighhht he was all like I've been doing this for blah blah years there is noway you feel pain all crazy like and he snarls we're not gonna pull this tooth today are we and I said NO!! The best thing I can say about him well (not him actually his secretary) they referred me to an excellent surgeon he pulled in the same manner just with the help of nitrous I felt nothing except for the normal pressure with no pain whatsoever that Dr. Flemming was trying to call flat out pain Pressure had a tooth pulled before I know the difference thank you very much and thanks for treating me like a patient can't thank you enough just as fake as you huh and get some abreva by the way that fever blister was gross

They made sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They'll give it to you straight and not just the most expensive answer. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very easy to find. Dr. Flemming and his staff make going to the dentist enjoyable.
