They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
