I don't understand why root canal has such a bad reputation I have had several all done by Dr Cappuccino and have never had a problem. The Dr and his staff go way beyond to make sure you're comfortable and that all you're questions are answered, the office is very clean' everyone is pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone !!!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, they only examined them for a few seconds

Will never return. Both Cappuccino and his staff were extremely rude. The worst experience I've had at a dentist office in my life

The doctor and staff are very professional and it is somewhat amusing to see the doctor having to work the front desk first thing in the morning as the early patients got there so they were greeted properly and not left wondering if anyone was there. Though any dental work may involve some discomfort, he does a great job of addressing this right away as you let him know. It is funny as many have a look of horror when you talk about a root canal but this was easier with very little discomfort than just getting a filling done (outside of having to keep your mouth open for so long). Very good work and this was my second time having to use his services and both very good visits.

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They are so kind and caring, and they are open early and stay late to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. No pain at all!
