I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I can say with absolute certainty that I will never be giving them a recommendation. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. His hours are not good and are mostly convenient for him to be gone by 5 pm or shortly thereafter. He is in it for the money and charges at least $1000-$1500 more than other orthodontists that have produced the same results. His office is like a production line with multiple kids lined up for him to spend 2 minutes with at each visit. He is way overrated!!!
