It had been 7 years since I was at the dentist and finally in Sept 2011 I went to Dr. Volkova's office as a new patient for her. She and her staff are very detailed, accomidating, quick , proessional and very pleasant to work with. Since my first visit with her she has done nothing but help me and worked with my insurance company to assist in alot of major work that I needed completed.

Since that first visit I've been back there several times to have alot of work completed...I now feel very comfortable that I am up to speed on my teeth...she's even got me flossing everyday...which is something I never did.

She's a great dentist and recommend her to anyone...can't wait for my next visit...!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
