Just went in to the office because my crown came off. As a first time patient, I didn't know what to expect, however, the receptionist was very helpful in first getting me an appointment then with all my insurance questions were answered before I even got there. Cyndee and Dr. S took care of my tooth without any pain! This office is outstanding with their customer service, a great experience overall. And yes I plan on bringing my family there as regular patients.

This office gives me wonderful experience with each visit. The team at Dentistry by Design is very well organized in setting up an appointment, providing details on my account information, billings and most importantly keep me informed about insurance relating to my visits. I would recommend anyone try this dental practice, perhaps you will never want to go anyplace else !
