Just recently I had a incident with one of his staff members who is the assistant for the office. She was not considerate or kind towards me after I confronted her with a serious mistake she made on my behalf for an appointment. In fact, this caused me to leave this office. I feel that it is so important for a dentist to have a great staff, and one that is welcoming to patients...
