Dr. Richard Ip is awesome. He is friendly with a great sense of humor and provides excellent service. His team is efficient, and I never find it hard to make an appointment. At times he uses techniques that I've never experienced a dentist use, but they are effective. I've been seeing Dr. Ip for two years and I have not had a cavity since seeing him. I follow his advice and recommendations.

Dr Ip is a wonderful, caring Dentist, I have only experienced excellent from Dr.lIp and professional staff! Dr Ip has convenient hours especially weekends. Anytime soon had a to be seen, you get messages usually that day. My husband is very impressed by Dr. Ip and his professional staff.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
